  • Named in honor of one of the three Presidents from Tennessee who very likely would have stayed here at the Inn, this room is located in the upstairs front corner and has excellent views of much of the picturesque and historic downtown. Distinguished as part of the original log structure dating back to c. 1820, this room features original flooring and a section of wallpaper dating to a later renovation sometime in the early 1900s. There are two full-sized beds, both of which are a converted rope bed, with custom mattresses to fit the frames. The full bathroom boasts a refurbished clawfoot tub (and shower). This room sleeps up to four and optionally can connect to the adjacent Polk room via a lockable door.

  • Centrally located upstairs and named for one of the Presidents from Tennessee who most likely would have slept here at the Inn at some point, this room has immediate access to an extra gathering space, complimentary snack bar, and hot beverage machine, and is steps away from a quaint balcony overlooking trees and the back and side grounds. This room is appointed with an antique brass full-sized bed, elegant red wallpaper, and Tiffany-style overhead lighting. Historically, guest rooms would each have a washstand complete with a pitcher and bowl. We have modernized this feature with an in-room sink vanity. The private bath includes a walk-in shower. As an option, this room can connect to the Jackson room via a lockable door.

  • Perhaps our most popular room and named in honor of one of the three Presidents from Tennessee who very likely would have had a stopover at the Inn, the Johnson room is upstairs at the back of the Inn and overlooks an alley and Revolutionary War Era Graveyard. This generous and airy blue and white themed space houses a king-sized bed, cozy sitting area, writing desk, and is capped off by a custom blue willow china chandelier of teacups and saucers. Additionally, a modern in-room sink vanity replaces what once would have been a washstand, pitcher, and bowl provided in each guest room. Its private bath includes a walk-in shower. Just outside the door is the upper-level gathering/lounge space complete with complimentary snacks and a hot beverage machine. The quaint open-air balcony is steps away.

  • Located upstairs at the front of the Inn and overlooking historic Main Street, this spacious room has a king-sized bed and cozy sitting area. A highlight of this room is vintage fabric collected by an accomplished interior designer originally from Dandridge whose family lived in this beautiful home for some time. Historically, guest rooms would have washstands with a pitcher and bowl. We have updated this to a modern in-room sink vanity for convenience.

  • Named in honor of the first known owner of our structure by written records from 1823, the Shadrach Inman Suite includes separate bedrooms named for his two brothers. It also includes a sleeping porch that now functions as a relaxing lounge area featuring comfortable seating, television, table and chairs, as well as a wet bar. The suite accommodates four with a shared full bathroom, complete with a refurbished clawfoot tub (and shower).

  • This adorable upstairs room has twin beds that are perfect for families traveling with children as it is classically adorned with bright, cheery colors.
