The Shepard Inn was built by Shadrach Inman ca. 1820. Since that time registry books have been filled with names of movie stars, musicians, presidents, and even royalty from around the world.
What sets Shepard Inn apart from other Bed & Breakfast locations in the area is our historic downtown location. We are in walking distance to boutiques, antique shops, local arts and crafts shops, and eateries such as the famous Tinsley-Bible Drug Store with it’s nostalgic soda fountain and Dandridge Brewing Company. We are also located right next door to a Revolutionary War Graveyard!
We are located in the heart of Hometown Festivals such as Scots-Irish Festival, June Jubilee, Music on the Town, and Christmas in Dandridge.
